Parents no longer need to call to let them know about an upcoming visit. Simply swipe the app, and your child will be ready when you arrive.
The educators no longer require responding to daily calls or messages from parents. They simply touch the child's photo to dispatch a notification to the parent stating, "We have seen your request."
During peak hours, educators sometimes don't have enough time to dedicate to every child. Based on our experience, if a child sees notifications with their photo on a wall tablet, or if the educator tells them that a parent is coming soon, they will start getting dressed by themselves.

Institutional License Payment.
After creating child profiles, parents can verify their accounts and pay for licenses in the GoKids app. Alternatively, you can pay for one or more licenses at any time in the "Card" section.
Easy Sharing.
Once a parent is verified in the GoKids app, they can share their child’s profile with family members. This feature is completely free of charge.
Child’s Photo.
Child photos are uploaded exclusively by the Parent. After completing verification in the GoKids app, the Parent can set a child’s photo, which will be linked to the "Child Profile" in the system and displayed in GoKids:Monitor during calls. The
Parent can update the photo at any time.
120-Second Response Time.
Once a Parent sends a "Call Request," an alert with a distinct sound will appear in the GoKids:Monitor app at the Institution. All you need to do is tap or swipe right, and the Parent will instantly receive your notification. GoKids:Monitor can be installed on both smartphones and tablets.

We’ve got you covered. You can activate up to 3 pickup locations in your Profile settings. Parents choose their specific location before making a call, allowing you to see exactly where they are waiting.

There are no limits on how you organize call handling. You can install GoKids:Monitor for every teacher and assign them only their specific group. Alternatively, you can set it up at the reception desk to manage all groups at once.

Call History.
The GoKids:Monitor app stores the call history for the current day. You can access and review it at any time.
Convenience for Teachers and Staff.
Teachers and assistants can disable parent notifications on their personal devices when they are off-duty, provided that a second teacher from the same group remains active.
Another example: if a group is away from their classroom (e.g., outdoors), the teacher can simply enable notifications on their smartphone, even if the primary GoKids:Monitor tablet is mounted inside.

Every Kindergarten earns a 5% commission on license sales within their own institution and from any other centers they refer.
How it works:

Our system automatically links multiple child profiles to a single parent account based on the phone number provided. This works across different institutions as well.
